I have a bunch of itunes music in a folder that i had moved from my old
computer to my new one. I'd like to play all of them in itunes to move them
into my library. is there a way to select all of the songs and make them play
in itunes instead of windows media player without doing it one by one for
each song? (I'm using vista)

You could put them in a folder and then from within iTunes "Import Folder".

Malke,
I tunes should have a File, Import button have I tunes look for the files
you need to play just hold the Shift key and select the files , also your
files must be AAC audio files or MPEG, or MP3 files if I tunes asks you to
convert let it convert to AAC files . If you purchased your Music at
another online store other then I tunes they may be protected files. In
that case you will need to burn them to CD Media and then add let I tunes
convert them to ACC Files from the CD media.

Hope that was a little help for you. I just back my files up on an external
HD and keep them in a safe place in case of a disaster if I should ever need
to restore from back up .

Good Luck DWJ
