Planning Schedule

Hi all

Each quarter I need to produce a blank plan (Table: QuarterlyPlan) to send
to our field staff to populate with their activities for the next three
months. I would like them to be able to view/edit the plan in a calendar
format but it doesn't seem I can do this, or at least not very easily?

I want the plan to include any activies we already know about in our office
DB, in a table called Itinerary. What would be the best way to achieve this?

Thanks, I don't want to have to purchase something though ;-). Also there are
no time lines, just dates.
