Plain text or HTML

People tell me I should switch to plain text when posting to internet based
newsgroups. In Outlook 6, "Tools/Options/Send-News Sending Format" the
radio button is set to Plain Text. What else do I need to change?

For Outlook Express support, you'll want to ask in the
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup.
