What exactly does the following mean in plain English?
Sandy

If Not Intersect(Target, Range("L3,S3")) Is Nothing Then

That line is checking to see if there are any common cells shared by the two
ranges Target and Range("L3,S3"). If the trwo ranges don't intersect then the
intersect function returns "Nothing". So once you get past the double
negatives and such you end up with...

If Target and Range("L3,S3") have any cells in common then...

It will return TRUE if the range identified by Target includes either L3 or
S3. Otherwise, it would return FALSE.
