placing title on the first video clip

I have a problem when i go to place a title on the front part of a video
(placing on the picture) I get a popup which says "the required file
C:\Program Files\movie maker\Shared\Sample1.jpg" could not be found.. Well I
did make another Sample1.jpg to see if that would help same statement popped
up..
