Placement of addressbook and emails in outlook 2003

How do I change where these two are placed in win xp pro?

Close Outlook and move the .PST file wherever you want it. When you reopen
Outlook, it will complain it can't find the .PST file -- point it in the
right direction.

Are both addressbook and emailstorage placed in the same file?

Yes. All Outlook data (e-mail, contacts, appointments, tasks, notes,
journal entries) are in the .PST file. The Address Book is just a different
view of your Contacts folder.
