Placeholder instead of images

I have a problem with images displaying in IE6, especially webcam images. I get a placeholder, not the red X, instead of the image. I have compared my security settings with a coworker that can view the webcam, and they are identical. I am using the Google pop-up blocker and McAfee VirusScan. The web page is www.z93.com, with a link to their Live Eye Webcam
I am at a loss as to why it won't display.

Steve,
Those images (web cam) are loading via a Java Applet, if you have
IE 6 SP1, this (java) is no longer supported. (by default)

You can get the Sun version:
