Placed an order in mid-February. How do I check status?

Hello out there. I placed an order for 60-day trial version of Office 2003 on
Feb, 14th. Received an email confirmation that the order was "being
processed" and have heard nothing since. How do I check order status without
incurring that absurd $35.00 "talk to a real person" fee?

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not

Well, unfortunately "ain't nobody here but us chickens" - this is a
peer-support newsgroup. A few folks from Microsoft drop in
occasionally, but this is not the place to ask order status questions.

I wish I could help, but I'm as much in the dark as you are!
