I just noticed thet there is no SpamPal on spam filtering software on
Priceless ware list. Neither of the programs listed supportd DNSBL or IMAP.
Does anyone know why Spampal was disqualified?

Mine too. I have a heavily spammed address on my job. SpamPal works
like a charm.
