PivotTable query - calculated item

Hi
I have a Access 2003 PivotTable query where I need to insert a calculated
item to calculate the difference between 'Actuals' and 'Forecast'. Sample
table data below(other data ignored):

DataType Source Value
Actual Internal 10000
Actual External 13500
Actual Internal 12200
Forecast1 Internal 11000
Forecast1 External 11200
Forecast1 Internal 7800
Forecast2 Internal 9888
Forecast2 External 23000
Forecast2 External 16777

And i'm looking for a result as :
Actual Forecast1 Variance
Internal 22200 18800 -3400
External 13500 11200 -2300

This is quite easy to do in Excel but not in Access. Any ideas would be
appreciated.

just go into the query in design view and in a new field type
variance: [Actual]-[forcast1]
