I've been trying to find a solution to my problem, but haven't come accross
anything realted in the posts.
I have a Pivot Table with laid out like so:
Data 1 Data 2
Department (12 departments)-> Project Name -> 2004
-> 2005
I only get Totals for my department. Is it possible to get department
totals for 2004 and a department total for 2005? Hopefully this all makes
sense.
I can only get subtotals for 2004 and 2005, for each project, I'm looking to
total the subtotal for 2004 and for 2005 to get the total for the department.
Would I have to use a Calculated Field? Is it even possible using excel
Pivot Tables Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!
