pivot tables - top 10 summary & total

When I use the "top 10" feature on pivot tables, it shows me only the top 10
and the total of the top 10. Is it possible to have the table display the
top 10 plus an additional line that shows the total of the remaining (hidden)
entries, keeping the grand total of the full list below that?
 
Hi Adam,

Put a grand total formula in the data column, then set the pivot table to
retrieve the top 11 items. The first item is always the grand total.
