Password protect the workbook under Tools=>Protection. Protect the
structure of the workbook as a minimum. Note that such protection is fairly
weak, so it can be defeated.
 
Is there a way (when sending out pivot table to diff groups) to prevent the
receipients from opening/accessing hidden pages??

Pls help
