I would like to know how to repeat the first of two field columns. I have a
table that has the first column as the customer and the second column as the
material and the data is the price. I want the customer to be on each line
with the individual material number instead of only the first one. How is
this possible?

The row headings show once in a Pivot Table, and there's no setting you
can change, to force them to repeat.

To create a table with a heading on each row, you could copy the pivot
table, paste it as values in another location, and fill in the blanks,
using the technique shown here:
