pivot table - totals as columns

How do I format a pivot table so if I have a row, i.e., job number and I have data fields to show totals for hours, labor $, material $ by job that I can have the data appear in each column, i.e., Job# as the row and a column for total hours, labor $ and material $ instead of having each data simply stack veritcally in one row? I know this may sound simple, but I really need a solution to this.

Drag the Data field button onto the cell that contain the word Total.
