Pivot Table Text Only, No calculations

I have a spreadsheet of data, text only. An address list.
want to look at the table by city. Is there a way to do this withou
calculation? For example, I want to have a city has the page field an
look at all the addresses, including columns, within that city.

A pivot table is a good tool for summarizing data, but won't help if
you're only interested in seeing text.

Instead, you could use an AutoFilter to display the records from a
specific city. There are instructions here:
