pivot table - Rank

Is there a workaround for ranking in a pivot table? It seems that if a
pivot table can not rank, it severly limits it's use in the business world.
 
I need a pivot table to rank fields. I need it in a pivot table because this
is applied at salesperson level, region level and national level.

Sales CUV % Rank CSI Rank
Tracie 68.0% 5 90.8% 4
Becky 125.0% 1 90.8% 4
Jennifer 88.0% 4 91.5% 1
Bob 108.0% 3 88.3% 6
Brad 45.0% 6 91.5% 1
Chuck 125.0% 1 91.0% 3
