Pivot table. Multible fields in one line

Peter

Hi.

I am using Excel 2007. Have build a Pivot Table based on a datatable
at another sheet.

The Pivot table is showing info about our projects, e.g. Project
number, name, deliverydate and project manger.

Normally yhe pivottable will establish a hieraky, and show the infos
on four lines per project.

To have the infos shown in one line I have created a field in the
datatable where the infos are concartenated.

Is there any other way of showing info's in one line ?

My problem is, that my collegues now ask for more informations, and I
would, of cource, prefer to work with the pivottable.

Regards

Select a cell in the pivot table, and click the Design tab on the Ribbon
Click Report Layout, and click Show in Tabular Form
Click Subtotals, and click Do Not Show Subtotals

You're welcome! The bold is probably from the pivot table style that's
selected. You can select a different style on the Design tab, or select
the bold columns and change their formatting.
