Pivot table help

Dear all

I have prepared a pivot table based report for customers of my company. Each
customer in our company has 2 accounts (one each for machinery and spares).

As 'customer' field was with 'automatic' setting there was subtotal of each
customer. To make the report more presentable I opted for 'collapse' report.

My boss liked report however asked to add comments for each customer. I did
so however now when a customer field is expanded (or whole report is
expanded) the comments mentioned alongside each customer are displaced
against some other customers.

can i avoid this situation.

Pl help.

Create a new column in the source data, and add the comments there. Then
add the comments field to the row area of the pivot table.
