Pivot Table Grand Totals

I have created a pivot table in my access query, but cannot get it to stop
creating a grand total across the columns.

Is there a n easy way to do this ?

Hi Craig,

Am a bit of a newby to this, but am working with pivot tables myself at the
moment.

I think what you want to do is to open the pivot table form in View mode -
right click anywhere in the pivot table and select field list close to the
bottom of the menu. This should bring up the Pivot Table field list.

At the tob of the field list should be a totals category with the fields you
have created a calculation on. Righ click the 'totals' you want to remove and
click delete. This should immediately show in your pivot table.
