pivot table filter

I have a problem with this.

I have a list of records for which the dates are either "Aug 07", "Sept 07"
or "Oct 07".

In the pivot table field list dialogue box, all three months appear. In the
pivot table field filter (the drop down box where you tick what you want to
view) "Sept 07" doesn't appear.

Any ideas?

Problem solved.

It is possible to hide and unhide what is shown in the dialogue box.
