Hi All,

I am using Excel 2007.

I have the following fields in the column.

Emp ID
Name
Supervisor
Quantity
Amount

I want to create a pivot table in which I want the data in the
following format.

Supervisor Name Emp ID Amount
Heera Komal 111 30
Heera Mike 112 40
Heera Tony 113 50

The important thing is I want Supervisor, Name & Emp ID in all the
rows.

This is not posiable in Excel 2003 is it posiable in excel 2007.

If I understand you correctly, you have the information running from
left to right, instead of from top to bottom. Just transpose the data
by copying it, right-clicking an empty area of your worksheet and
choosing "Paste Special" and select "Transpose". Then you can create
the Pivot Table. You can do this in Excel 2003.

I know transpose.

The data which is there in the field is huge and I want summry of the
data.

When i create summay with the help of Pivot, Supervisor's name
apperies only once in the Row Lable.
When i put Emp ID & Name in the Row Lable it creates total amount for
each and every employee and i dont what that.

If you want the supervisor's name to appear next to each employee's
name, drag them both to the row field. If you don't want total rows,
right-click the field header, choose "Field Settings", under
"Subtotals" choose "None"
