Pivot Table Error "repaired due to integrity problems"

Hi,
Has anyone run into a situation where you get an error
doing a pivot table when you use data that was imported?
In this case the data was imported from a Cognos query
report. The pivot table does not work properly after
getting the error message. The error message
states "Global pivot table report information was repaired
due to integrity problems."

We are running Windows XP and Office XP. We did already
have the Office XP SP3 patch applied to this desktop when
we got the error. Any help would be much appreciated!

The information in the following MSKB article may help. It says that SP3
fixes the problem, but Cheryl says she had that installed already.

I don't know if it would fix the problem in Excel 2003, but suspect that
you'd have problems applying a 2002 patch to Office 2003. The available
