Pivot Table Data did not update

I copied and pasted data into a current Pivot Table data Sheet. I reviewed
the wizard to be sure that my rows and column lengths were correct. I
refreshed the data, but the dropdowns for the Pivot Tables columns contain
old and new information.

When I refresh data, should the column dropdowns update?

What am I missing?

Dave, not sure how you are copying and pasting data into pivot table.

If your souce data is dynamic, i.e you add data all the time and want pivot
table to consider it, follow the procedure outlined at this link
