Pivot Table Chart Format

How do you maintain the format for Pivot Table charts? I know how to
maintian the format for the table but I don't know how to keep it for the
charts. When I run the Pivot table it changes the format that I've setup for
the chart.
 
Loss of formatting is a known problem with pivot charts. There's
information in the following MSKB article, which suggests recording a
macro as you apply the formatting:
