Pivot Table/ % Change

Is there a way to have a percent change field calculated in a pivot table
with out building a custom formula?

I have looked in the field settings under the show data as and I am not
about to determine the selections. Specifically, the Show Data AS, Base
Field, Base Item

I have 2 fields:
LastYear and ThisYear

I am trying to get (thisYear-LastYear)/Thisyear

The 'Show Data As' option will only work if "This Year" and "Last Year"
are items in the same fields. If not, you would use a calculated field
to calculate the difference.
