Pivot Table Calculations

I have set up two pivot tables on separate tabs in a workbook. The data is
monthly figures from one month to the next. Is there a way to to create a
third table that would calculate the variances between items in the two
separate tables?

The two charts look like:

Feb Outlook
Apr May Jun
Carrots 10 15 20
Corn 5 7 1
Steak 7 8 5
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx

Mar Outlook
Apr May June
Carrots 12 10 40
Corn 10 2 0
Steak 9 1 10
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx
xxxx

I would like the third table to be able to change in size as I change the
information that is displayed. If I chose corn and carrots, the variance
report would just show those lines.
