Pivot charts background with 3 different colours?

is there a way to set background colours colours in a pivot chart as red up till 75 and yellow up to 90 then green until 100 or can i set the bars to change colour when the data changes to lower or higher values.

all suggestions welcome including VBA but clear explantions(not neccesarily alot of explantion) with VBA please xD
