Pivot Chart - adding Grand Total to chart

How do I get the pivot chart to display a bar for the Grand Total figure in a
Pivot Table? My Pivot table looks like this:

Month 09 Month 10

A 3.0 3.5
S 4.0 4.5
Grand Total 3.5 4.0

When I switch to view the PivotChart, only the A and S are displayed.
