Pirated domain

My email domain has been absconded, and I get returned email messages from
SPAM that has been sent from my email address, that I did not originate. Is
there a security patch or download that I can use to protect my email from
being used to creat 3rd party SPAM?

That is not caused by Outlook. Spoofing is a big SPAM problem and doesn't
have to do anything how you have protected your local client. You might want
to read up on what is causing SPAM;
