I took a quick look and that seems to be an information site - not an
online software site. Did I miss something?

It's sometimes hard to draw a line between the two - I've listed some
portal sites with *links* to Webware sites on the Webware page. ISTM a
site with masses of information about a particular subject is not
Webware - but a search engine site that *finds* sites with information
on the same subject is Webware.

IOW - arghhhhhhhhhh. . .
