Pictures won't open in Clip Art in Word

When I try to insert a picture from Clip Art in Word, the pictures don't open
and if I click on the picture of the little notebook that appears in each
box, I get this message
Word cannot obtain the data for the C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\LocalSettings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\M3C3FK14\MCj03043950000[1].wmf link

I have reloaded the program, but still get this message. Help!

The functionality of ClipArt has changed throughout the various
versions of Word so we need to know the version of Word you are using
and the patches you have installed.

I am using Office XP Professional Version 2002. I think it is only the clip
art that it is trying to get from the online clips. Yesterday some of the
pictures were opening, but I still get those little notebooks for everything
that has a globe under it.

The 'globe' indicates the clip needs to be downloaded and isn't stored
locally. Since it's trying to utilize the Temporary Internet files you
might try clearing your those first and see if the error continues to
occur.

You didn't answer the question clearly -- WHAT needs to be cleared? I do
insert, clipart, click on a picture that has the globe and all that shows up
is a square with a .wmf extension and a globe. I can't get it to open.

Clear the TIF cache as follows:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools | Internet Options (or open Internet
Options from the Windows Control Panel).

2. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files...
and answer yes. Then click OK.
