I would start by making sure that the latest video card updates have been
applied to both of the video cards from the manufacturers website(s). An
out of date video driver could do this.
If this does not resolve the display, then I would look at the display
settings in the Control Panel.
Sometimes, the video cards get a bit confused when running different color
depths or screen resolutions betweent he two monitors, I would recommend
also checking there.
Start => Settings => Control Panel => Display => Settings (tab) => See if
setting video 1 and 2 to the same values help.
