Pictures in Outlook 2000?

I am using Outlook 2000. How do I set it up so that messages I receive with
pictures attached will auto-display in the body of the message? I have it
working on another PC using Outlook Express, but it doesn't seem to be
happening on mine. I also couldn't find the answer in the online Help.

Outlook doesn't natively support that feature. You will need to look for a
3rd party application that adds it.
 
Since it's working in Outlook Express on another PC, does that mean that PC
must have a 3rd party app. installed with it? Or does OE support it and
Outlook 2K doesn't? If the former, how can I find out what it is?
