Pictures are not showing up-only in print preview

I'm using Word 2003 and for some reason some of my pic's I can only view in
Print preview mode. I get this: {INLCUDEPICTURE
"http://tpettit.bestvwh.net/dolls/pd_scans MERGEFORMATINET} I am able to
print the image out, but I'd like to size the picture before I print it out.
Any ideas??????

Press Alt+F9 to toggle between field codes (what you see now) and field
results (the picture).
