Picture question

I know this is probably the wrong place to ask this, but does anyone know
how to make a jpg image have a transparent background. That way, if there's
a border around my main image, it won't show up if I put a colored
background on my main page?

Can't do.
JPG files don't have a transparency.
You need to use GIF (preferred) or PNG.
