Picture question...easy one I think

I'm not sure this is the right group, but I have a table that has the name of
the pic for that product in a field called Pic. On the form, I tried to assign
a bound ole object to the Pic field, but it's not working. All I get is a
blank box. What am i doing wrong?? I've also changed the contents of the
field to the exact location (ie: C:\my documents\etc....) that didn't work
either. There's 245 records and each one has a different pic. Please tell me
there is a way to do this!
