picture problems

I am making postcards and inserted a picture with text. I placed the picture
behind the text now I can't edit it or move it or anything. How do I do
that? ahhh
 
If this is Word 2003 or earlier, display the Drawing toolbar and click on
the Select Objects tool (big white arrow at the left end), which will allow
you to select objects in the drawing layer without touching text.
