Picture on forms as watermark?

I would like to have the company's logo as a background on our forms, in a
watermark effect. It's a .jpg. At the moment I have it just as an ordinary
solid picture at the top of the forms, but a form-wide watermark would be
impressive, and would release some much-needed form space. Is this possible,
and how?

Set the Form's Picture property to the .jpg picture.
it's on the form's Format tab. Note the additional Picture properties,
Tiling, Alignment, Size, etc. on that tab as well.
