Picture hyperlinks and mouse overs

I have a single picture in my webpage, it is a map of
Idaho. The map has six regions drawn on it. I would like
to be able to use the single picture and add a hyperlink
from each region on a mouse over. If the mouse over is
not possible is the hyperlink still an option?
