picture: 'e-mail this file' opens incorrect program

I wish to e-mail a picture using my default Outlook Express
program. When I click on the picture and then click on 'e-mail this
file', the program which opens is Eudora, my old e-mail program.
I wish to change it to my present default program, Outlook Express.
Would appreciate info to accomplish this, registry change if required.

Go to control panel, internet options, programs....pick OE as your default
mail program. If it already *is*, choose something else, hit apply, then
back to OE...see if the problem recurs.
