picture duration

In MM2 I almost have my movie made and I want to increase
the duration time of the pictures. Is there a way to
apply this to all of them or does it have to be done to
each pic.

Once they are on the timeline, it's an individual thing. Before that,
there's a setting in the Tools > Options, which sets the duration as a clip
is dragged from a collection to a project.
