picture duration in MM2

When trying to change the picture and transition duration seconds to be
displayed, it will not change, Why ??? The default is 5 seconds for picture
and if I change it to 10 seconds nothing happens. Any help with this
question will be appreciated, thank you, Chuck

This only changes the duration for any new pictures you drag to the
timeline. Any pictures already on the timeline won't change, you'll need to
delete them and re-add them to get the new duration.
