For about a week now every picture on any site online is blurred. Does anyone
know what may be the problem?

Maybe you are using one of the high speed
dial up services...lower quality graphic display
is one of the tricks they use.

I have DSL but the graphic quality has been fine until about a week or two
ago. I have had DSL for over a year.

Are you using any type of an accelerator to
speed up the connection? If you are...try turning
it off.

Maybe the following article would offer some ideas.

JPEG images appear distorted in Internet Explorer 6

It's also possible that you need to update your
video driver.
