picture cd

Hi group

can anybody tell me if there is any freeware picture cd creator software out
there.
Most searches I do, end up offering me either shareware or trialware, oh,
and if it has a selection of wipes in it all the better.

I recommend FotoAlbum (an image organizer) - it's easy to make photo CD's with this app. DL is 4669
KB. It has a good help file.
