picpmon.exe error

PICPMON.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close.
This error message appears, every time I start up.
What's causing this, & how do I fix it, please?
 
Hi,

Looks like a modem driver problem. I'd check for an update or reinstall the
existing ones.
