Pick Random Number

How can i tell VB.NET to pick a random number from a predefined series like:
10,10,10,38,38,17,17,17,17,92

TIA
 
Create your series in an array and then generate a random number from 0 to
the upper bound of the array. Use the resulting index to determine the
number.
