Pick of random ID's

I need to pick number of random ID's as per COL N from Col A where Col B =
Col L

Eg: Pls See Table below..

I have 201 records in Col A (Numbers) in which 62 are HRE, 7-KRK, 17-PRT,
42-RPA, 73-RPX

Ineed to pick 6 random ID's (which may differ as per number in col N) from
COL A where Col B = HRE (Col L)

Similarly, it will be for other rows in col N where value is >0
