Pick List ?

What would you call the type of form that allows you to highlight an
entry in a list on the left side, and click a button to move the entry
to another list on the right side of the form ? For example, when
selecting fields in the Report Wizard. I'm searching for some code
examples for this type of form, and I can't think of what it is
called. Thanks for your help.
