"pick from list"

does anyone know how to delete a choice from any of the
drop down list "pick from list" in the fields? Thanks
 
If your are using the right-click "pick from list", then that is
automatically populated by entries in cells in the current column, and the
only way to remove a value is to delete all instances of it from the column.

If you are using the Data Validation Dropdown, then you can edit the list or
the range that the list refers to.

"Pick from List" is governed by what has been entered in the column above.

Just go back up and delete or alter the choice you don't like.

Stick in a blank row and you will get only a lsit of what is below the blank
row.

Don't confuse "pick from list" with Tools>Options>Custom Lists.
